Vehicle garages at Ford Dealerships needed accessible, digital warranty and policy information. Speed and accuracy are high priorities for auto technicians. They were using frequently revised physical manuals and limited digital resources, preventing dealerships from providing the best possible service.
After initial research, rapid iterations and cross-team collaboration, the customer was presented with prototypes that were based on Ford’s warranty and policy processes, branding and user expectations. Global department heads, developers, copywriters and managers worked together with me to prioritize features that improve accessibility, navigation and versioning. The web app was developed in iterative phases, tested, refined and shipped for use in Ford Dealership Garages across the country.
